bring with you a pair of shorts and for ladies a loose vest top for comfort as you may be asked to remove clothes for examination.
What will happen
During your first visit we will take a detailed case history of the problem and general health to assess if treatment is appropriate and safe for you.
Treatment will take place on your first visit if examination shows that it is safe to continue.
Osteopathy uses a number of techniques which makes it safe for all ages and many conditions that require a gentle approach.
Aftercare
You may require more than 1 treatment and we may give you some management and advice to do at home
